    Who can buy?

    • Only businesses registered with the Chamber of Commerce can order from us.
    • We do not deliver to private individuals via this site.
    • You create your own login code / password.

    Please note: 

    We deliver by courier (in boxes) or by pallet. Depending on the order quantity. When delivering by box, there is a chance of damage. The customer takes the risk for this damage, we do not. We deliver free of charge or at a low rate, the customer accepts the risk. Now the damage is often limited with our wooden products. If you order glass or ceramic, the risk is greater. If you want to exclude all risk, indicate that you want delivery on a pallet. The minimum order amount is then different per country. Contact us then.

    We cannot send some products by box due to their size or weight; we will then contact you. And the furniture goes in consultation. These are all product numbers that start with a 1. These do not always fit in a box.  

    How:    

    Depending on the volume, we deliver:

    • by courier per box.
    • by a carrier per pallet. 
    • you can also pick up your order yourself from Winschoten.

    Payment:

    You can pay on the basis of the invoice sent (by email). Shipping after payment
    or you can use the convenience of iDeal payment. In this case you will of course also receive an invoice.


    Delivery:

    • Within a week, usually within 4 working days, the goods will be delivered on a pallet.
    • If you only have 1 or a few boxes, they will be delivered separately (not on a pallet). 
    • Normally you can keep the pallet free of charge, unless you prefer not to have a pallet, or it is a paid EU pallet. In that case, you can empty the pallet immediately and give it to the driver.
    • Monday, Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. Deliveries are therefore on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
    • If your business is not open on the above-mentioned days, or there is another reason why deliveries cannot be made to your business on the days mentioned, please fill this in when ordering under “Any comments”.   
    • In case of emergency, you can always contact our carrier directly. This is often the shortest route, to prevent errors due to ambiguities. 

    Damage:

    • In case of damage or loss of products, we request that you contact us as soon as possible. By email or by telephone. See contact numbers/addresses. (Except for damage in deliveries by courier.)
    • If the packaging on the pallet is damaged, do not unpack it first, take photos and send them to us.
    • In general, photos help us assess the damage. This is not only important for us to compensate you, but also to find out why this damage occurred.


    Stock:

    • You can only order products from us that we have in stock. This prevents ambiguities, annoyance and disappointments.
    • It may happen that a product is in stock on the site, but is actually no longer in stock. Delays in bookings of deliveries to our cas&carry's. 
    • We do not do backorders.
    • In principle, we do not make reservations either, unless it concerns large quantities of 1 specific product. This is not possible via this site, by the way, you will then have to contact us.
